With our new Search Filters, housemates can now sort through listings based on specific criteria like location, price range, amenities, and lifestyle preferences. This update means that the right housemate is more likely to find your listing, making for quicker, more compatible matches.

We know that finding the right housemate is a top priority. That’s why we’ve upgraded our Match Recommendations feature to automatically connect you with potential housemates as soon as your listing goes live or whenever a key element is changed (e.g., price, preferences). This means you’ll receive curated matches more efficiently, helping you find the ideal person for your space without the extra legwork.
